Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made on Apasshops, which is owned and operated by APAS TECH POINT PRIVATE LIMITED.

We are committed to providing a fair and transparent shopping experience to our customers.


Return Policy (15 Days)

  • Customers may request a return within 15 days of product delivery.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

    • In original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • Returns are accepted only in case of:

    • Damaged products

    • Defective items

    • Incorrect product delivered

Note:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery items are eligible for return only if they are damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be approved.

  • Since Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only payment option available on Apasshops, refunds will be processed via:

    • UPI or Bank Transfer (customer details will be requested)

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or product issues (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or washed products

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Jewellery items (unless damaged or incorrect)


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests and handled according to this policy.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
