• Orders may be cancelled if COD is refused at the time of delivery.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• An order is confirmed only after successful order placement.

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

• Once dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests as per our Return Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Apasshops is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Delivery attempts will be made as per courier partner policies.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, subject to eligibility.

• Jewellery items are eligible for return only if received damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer or UPI.
